Xavier Santana is a founding partner of Calturas Capital and the Managing Director for NAI Northgate. Mr. Santana’s professional career has centered around commercial real estate, where he worked at CBRE and sold institutional commercial properties with Palmer Capital. In 2005, Mr. Santana launched Kay Tayler Investments, a successful friends and family syndication designed to build retirement capital resources for his investors.
